How The Platform Works
One Account Per School
Each school gets one shared account. All team captains should share the same login credentials. This ensures your entire team has access to the same test bank and can manage trades together.
Trade What You Have
You can only trade tests that are in your inventory. This means you must first submit or receive a test before you can offer it to others. This ensures fair, legitimate trading where both parties have real tests to exchange.
Encrypted & Secure
All Google Drive links are encrypted in our database. Links are only revealed to trading partners after a trade is completed. This protects your test materials from unauthorized access and ensures trades are the only way to obtain tests.
Quick Start
Sign up with your team information. Your account will be automatically verified.
Upload tests to Google Drive and submit them to your inventory. Matching links get auto-verified.
Browse the marketplace, find tests you want, and propose trades with other teams.
How Trading Works
Listing Tests for Trade
- Go to your Dashboard and find the test in your inventory
- Click "List for Trade" on any verified test
- Choose either:
- Accept Any Test - You'll accept any test you don't already have
- Specific Test - You want a particular test in return
- Your listing appears in the Marketplace for others to see
Proposing a Trade
- Browse the Marketplace to find tests you want
- Click "Request Trade" on a listing
- Select which of your verified tests to offer
- Send the trade request
- Wait for the other team to accept or decline
Completing a Trade
- When both parties accept, the trade completes automatically
- Each team receives the other's Google Drive link
- The traded tests appear in your inventory
- Your trust score updates based on successful trades
Pre-Trade System
Pre-trades allow you to claim tests from upcoming tournaments you plan to attend. This helps you find trading partners before you actually have the test.
How Pre-Trades Work:
- Submit a pre-trade claim for a tournament you'll attend
- Other teams can propose trades for your claimed test
- After the competition, you must verify you received the test
- Once verified, the trade completes and links are exchanged
Note: If you don't receive the test or can't verify it, the pre-trade is cancelled with no penalty.
Understanding Test Types
Test Formats
In-Person Tests
Tests from tournaments held at a physical location. Most invitationals fall into this category.
Satellite Tests
Tests from online/remote tournaments where teams compete from their own schools. Often have different test versions.
Tryout Tests
Tests used by teams to evaluate prospective members. These are typically from previous years or custom-made.
Trade Status
Regular Tests
Standard invitational tests that can be freely traded between teams.
Public Tests
Tests that are publicly available (e.g., official sample tests). These cannot be traded since everyone can access them.
Untradeable Tests
Tests marked as untradeable by tournament organizers. Please respect these restrictions.
Trust Score System
Your trust score helps other teams evaluate your reliability. It starts at 100 and changes based on your trading behavior.
Score Increases
- Completing successful trades
- Submitting verified tests
- Receiving positive ratings
Score Decreases
- Declining too many valid trade requests
- Failed verifications
- Negative feedback from trade partners

Use Accessible Links: Make sure your Google Drive links are accessible (view access for anyone with the link).
Organize Your Files: Keep test files in well-organized folders for easy verification.
Respond Promptly: Check your pending trade requests regularly and respond in a timely manner.
Rate Your Trades: Leave ratings after trades to help the community identify reliable partners.
